Overview
The 24SI is a brush-type heavy-duty alternator rated up to 160A at 12V or 70A at 24V, built for Class 6–8 trucks, school buses, and vocational equipment that spend much of their workday at low engine speeds. Dual internal fans provide maximum cooling without an external fan, enabling reliable output in tight engine compartments, while a Remote Sense terminal actively maintains correct voltage at the battery to improve charge efficiency.
