Terms governing purchases made through the New Indo Trading Company website.

These Online Sales Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the New Indo Trading Company website at www.newindo.com (“Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Business. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Business, these Terms shall prevail for online transactions.
The Website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are authorised to make purchases on behalf of your organisation. Individual consumers may purchase for personal use; however, all products are industrial-grade heavy-duty components intended for commercial vehicle applications.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, compatibility data, and images on the Website are accurate. However, all information is provided for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Compatibility information is based on manufacturer data from Phinia Technologies Inc. and is subject to change. The Company does not guarantee fitment for specific applications without a confirmed cross-reference check. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.
Products added to the quotation cart on the Website constitute a request for quotation (“RFQ”), not a binding order. Upon submission of an RFQ, the Company will review availability, confirm pricing, and issue a formal quotation via email. A binding order is created only when the Buyer accepts the quotation in writing and the Company issues an order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or credit concerns.
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. GST will be charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, once a quotation is issued, the quoted price remains valid for 30 days. Typographical or system errors in pricing do not constitute a binding offer.
Payment for online orders must be made as specified in the quotation. Accepted methods include bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), demand draft, and UPI. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment receipt. For approved credit accounts, payment is due per the terms specified on the invoice. The Company does not currently accept credit card or debit card payments through the Website. All payment processing is handled offline for security.
Upon payment confirmation, the Company will issue an order confirmation with estimated dispatch date. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days for ex-stock items. Items not in stock will be sourced from the manufacturer, and the Buyer will be notified of the revised timeline. The Company may split shipments at its discretion to ensure partial fulfilment of available items.
Shipping is arranged by the Company through authorised carriers. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and are communicated in the quotation. Standard delivery within India is 3–7 working days from dispatch. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier. The Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately, noting it on the delivery receipt.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at sales@newindo.com. Cancellation after dispatch is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus actual shipping costs for both forward and return shipment. Custom-ordered or special-import items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence sent to sales@newindo.com. The Company will arrange return pickup or provide shipping instructions. Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect or error, the Company will offer a replacement or full refund at the Buyer’s choice, subject to stock availability. Return shipping for defective items or shipping errors is borne by the Company. Returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind are not accepted.
All products sold through the Website carry the manufacturer’s warranty as described on our Warranty Terms & FAQs page. The Company does not provide any additional warranty beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims for products purchased online follow the same process as offline purchases.
The Company’s total liability for any claim arising from an online purchase shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of revenue, equipment downtime, or cost of substitute goods. The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Information collected during the ordering process (name, address, email, phone, GST number) is used solely for order processing, communication, and legal compliance. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties. For complete details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (to the extent applicable to B2B transactions). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
