Overview
The 36SI is Delco Remy's highest-output heavy-duty brushless alternator, delivering up to 170A at 12V (100A at idle) or 105A at 24V, in a pad-mount or hinge-mount configuration. Its brushless design eliminates 13 moving parts compared to brush-type units, dramatically reducing wear and extending service intervals. A proprietary stator design and enhanced rectifier cooling fins allow continuous operation at up to 125°C.
